Shipping & Delivery

All our shoes are shipped via Australia Post within the next business day of placing your order. Australia wide. 

Our shipping prices are a flat rate of $8.95 for Regular parcel postage, and $12.95 for Express parcel postage Australia Wide.

If you spend over $150 you receive free shipping. (only available for Australian orders)


Depending on your shipping location, Regular postage takes around 3-5 days, Express postage takes around 1-3 days. Metropolitan areas may be faster. Gift Vouchers are posted free. 

Note: If your shipping location is outside next day delivery service, parcels may take longer then expected.

International Orders

Little Treads currently ships to the following international locations:

          • New Zealand
          • United Kingdom
          • France
          • Singapore
          • China
          • Japan
          • United States of America
          • Canada  

For International orders shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 per item. There is no free shippiing available on international orders.

Privacy is important to us at Little Treads, Therefore any data that may be obtained will never be shared with third parties or be used to send unsolicited advertising material (spam). Any data that is obtained will only ever be used to improve the service we provide to our customers.

 The information we obtain from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience with us.

 We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might

 not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our site, and communicating with you.

COMMUNICATING WITH OUR CUSTOMERS

LittleTreads will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email and by phone. Account holders must provide a valid email address to LittleTreads for this purpose.

LittleTreads may also request feedback on your order, the shopping experience and the products offered via emails and surveys for the purpose of improving LittleTreads service and product offering. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing customerservice@littletreads.com.au

When you select to be a LittleTreads subscriber, we'll also use your personal information to send you marketing or promotional information from time to time. You can opt out of receiving marketing information from LittleTreads at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the email newsletter. 

E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us if your computer supports such capabilities.


DO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE RECEIVE?

We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take this seriously. Under no circumstances will your personal information be used for any other purpose than intended. We will not supply or sell these details to any third party whatsoever with the following exceptions

We value our customers and will not share your information with any other organisations other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from the LittleTreads website.

There may be some exceptional circumstances for disclosing your personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.

LittleTreads is committed to complying with the Privacy Act and the National Privacy principles.

 COMPLAINTS ABOUT BREACHES OF PRIVACY

If you believe that your privacy has been breached by LittleTreads, you can contact the Customer Service team on customerservice@littletreads.com.au and all attempts will be made to resolve the matter.

 




Returns & Replacements

We hope you love the shoes you order from us. However if you need to exchange or return shoes to us please do so, providing they are still in a new, undamaged and sale condition (in their original box or packaging) within 14 days of delivery .We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

We are happy to exchange if you have ordered the incorrect size. On receipt of the incorrect shoes ordered, we will send you the replacement shoes and will also pay once the one way postage to you within Australia.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

Please Note: Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.  Sale items can be exchanged or credit notes provided.

If you need to return an item,
 simply login to your account, and following these steps:

  • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
  • Click the Return Item(s) button. 
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Viewing Orders

Viewing your order is a simple as logging into your account and clicking on My Orders to view your current orders online. You can also view any orders that you might place instore by logging into your account and clicking on the In Store Orders tab.

Updating Account Information

Updating your information is as easy as logging into your My Account and updating any infomation that is no longer correct by pressing the edit tab in your Account Dashboard and saving the new information for future use.
